Township House Rural Drop Off
Each of the ten townships that participate in the Rural Township House drop-off program receive recycling service on the same day of the month unless a holiday causes an adjustment. The drop-off hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The drop-off sites are located at the respective township houses but do not require township residency for participation. Residents with large quantities are asked to use the Recycling center drive-through drop-off. The township drop-off schedule is as follows:
Non restricted residential, commercial, industrial and nonprofit access - The drive-though drop-off is located at 1135 North Washington Street and open Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and the first and third Saturdays from 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 noon. Using the drive-through is easy: Drive up to the East door and sound your horn so we can open it for you. Drive into the building and stop your vehicle in the unloading area. Unload your recyclable materials and sound your horn again so we can open the exit door for you. The entrance and exit doors are always open during warm weather hours.

The containers should have a 22 gallon or less capacity for the safety of your collection staff. Recycling bins must be out by 7:30 a.m. to insure collection.
